From there, our team goes quiet for a few days while we:
- Secure your dedicated phone number
- Confirm your ClubReady integration is pulling data correctly
- Load your foundational content and automations into your account
Once everything checks out, we notify you that onboarding is complete.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding takes 5 business days or less.
After that, your team can join live online trainings as often as they'd like.

What's included in "training"?
Every day, the Loyalsnap team hosts a live 1-hour online training session.
Your team can attend as many sessions as they want—there's no limit.
Can my team attend a training session?
Absolutely.
Because training runs daily, you don't need your entire team to join at once. People can attend on the days and times that work for them.
